492 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 492 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the 492 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 492 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 492. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. 492 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.
Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately by email at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the 492 platform agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action where necessary:
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technical means to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
- Colluding with other users to defraud, cheat in games, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Using false information, someone else's credit card, or another person's bank account to make a deposit.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with the stated terms and conditions.
- Uploading, submitting, or distributing unlawful, harmful, or offensive content through our platform.
492 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance freeze, and reporting to the relevant authorities — should any of the above rules be violated.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 492 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using the payment methods listed on the platform, including local internet banking and approved e-wallets.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change. The latest information on these limits can be found in your account section after logging in.
Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the 492 account holder. 492 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one to five business days.
Any attempt to process transactions using another person's payment method or unauthorised card details will result in account termination and a report to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
492 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business disruption, or data loss arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
The 492 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding continuous availability, timeliness, or error-free operation. Scheduled or unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.
Account Suspension & Closure
492 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by relevant authorities. Any legitimate balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded and identity has been verified.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 492 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface design, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 492 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written consent.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational convenience. 492 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
492 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version of the terms.
By continuing to use the 492 platform after any changes to the terms are published, you are deemed to have accepted those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining valid and enforceable provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
